Computers at UBCM convention restricting access to typepad?

I am not sure if this is a UBCM thing, but the internet / computer cafe set up by Shaw seems to restrict access to my blogging service, Typepad. I am at an Internet cafe on Davie St and, as you can see, it works fine.

What a terrific idea. I am considering investment in Kamloops. Seeing your views and the activities of Council was very helpful to get a feel for issues of concern; who comes to Council as well as the range of minor and major issues. this is valuable service you are rendering and I hope you continue.
