I would like, from time to time, to be able to provide neighborhood specific information to willing folks in different areas of Kamloops. A lot of community information flows onto my desk. So, if there is a property rezoning in Aberdeen, people in Aberdeen might like to know about it. If there is a crime spike in Valleyview, people in Valleyview might like to know about it. And, if there is a significant road construction road on a major road in Brock, people in Brock might like to know about it.
Rewind. Play again in every neighborhood in our community.
I don't promise the world (at first), but over time, perhaps we can get people in neighborhoods sharing news and views with each other. I have heard about statistics that show the more people in a neighborhood know each other by first name, the less crime occurs.
If you are interested in participating in a trial run, please email me or sign up on this page.
Promising costs nothing, it's the delivering that kills you.

If you want to help the community start with what is really needed.
- Revoke the business license of the Rendezvous hotel and shut it down. That business is a blight on the city and I truly do not understand why city council has put up with it, maybe someone in power is buying drugs or getting lap dances there?
- Do something about the Kamloops Inn and the crowd of drunk and drugged up natives that hang around that area all day. I can't tell you how many times I have seen the same people yelling and arguing on the benches in that area.
- City transit drivers are a menace. They have absolutely no regard for other drivers and they seem to think that because they drive a city bus that they are exempt from traffic laws. There is going to be a serious accident one of these days caused by a bus driver carelessly merging back into traffic without looking to see if the way is clear first.

the rendezvous hotel, is a serious and legitimate business in kamloops bc. the issue is with kamloops drugs and the fact that keeping them out of the bars in kamloops has become a big issue for the owners.
